AERON Lifestyle Technology, Inc., a rapidly growing and innovative Iowa-based company specializing in home and automobile fragrance devices, is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join our Finance & Operations team.
About the Role
This manager-level position offers a path for career growth and advancement. The role will primarily focus on reviewing purchase orders and financial statements, as well as setting up and maintaining budgets to ensure operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2–3 days per week in-office.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Month-end close accounting experience for a consolidated C Corporation
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations
- Fixed asset accounting expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central (preferred)
- Inventory management knowledge
- Budgeting and financial planning experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct month-end reconciliations and financial statement reviews
- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders and inventory reconciliations
- Prepare fixed asset and intangible reconciliations and post journal entries
- Establish and maintain budgets in Business Central
- Research and resolve accounting and tax-related inquiries
- Provide supporting documentation and responses to auditors and tax preparers
- Complete government surveys and compliance reports
- Manage notices from taxing authorities
- Perform payroll review
