Finance, Accounting, Operations and HR

These are the people who work behind the scenes and keep everything running smoothly – your orders processed, components purchased, shipments arranged, and everyone happy (and paid!) These sometimes thankless, but such vital responsibilities, fall to our finance, accounting, operations and human resources team members who work prodigiously to keep everything on track.

Sales and Marketing

Aeron’s B2B sales and marketing team goes above and beyond to match Aeron products with our customers’ needs and provide the support to ensure success at retail. Whether it is one of our packaged and ready-to-sell home or car fragrance or aromatherapy lines, a white label version, or a custom private label program built from the ground up, this team knows how to get the customer what they want.

Technical Services

What is it and will it work? Our technical services team includes the designers, engineers and testers, quality control and production line managers who get your ideas onto your store shelves on time, on budget, and in-compliance. In other words, with perfection. Whether a brand new product or refining a design you already have, we bring state-of-the art resources and technology to design it and then kick its tires through testing, prototyping, and securing industry compliance.

Product Development

This team sources the world over for trends, styles, materials and processes to make every product look and function just right. Their collective muscle can be brought in during concept, R&D, or engineering phases, or even after product prototyping. From concept illustration to color choices, decorative finishes, packaging design, even functional enhancements and beyond, this team possesses a deep knowledge of what’s possible to make your products fresh, current and super on-point for today’s market.

Business Development, Sourcing and Project Management

The backbone of a successful design, engineering and manufacturing firm is its ability to secure the best materials and resources at the best cost, and make sure that each and every development project stays on track and on budget. For you, this means the best pricing options as you send new products to your stores.

Office and Facility Management

Maxine is the one you can hear smiling when you call. She plans parties, games, and festivals for us to let off some steam, keeps everyone’s supplies stocked, and our building functioning at full capacity. Maxine often teams up with Denny, the most extraordinary handyman ever. The two conspire to get the staff all we need, so we can get our customers all they need. It’s a great arrangement!
